Key Responsibilities:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Bath County Library, ensuring excellent service delivery and fostering a positive and engaging environment for both patrons and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Management & Supervision
· Community Engagement
· Collection Development & Management
· Public Service
· Technology & Innovation

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree with supervisory experience.
· Proficiency using technology and digital resources.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

· Public library supervisory experience
· Proficiency with library catalogs.
· Knowledge of collection maintenance.
· Ability to learn and interpret new procedures and policies.
