Books by Mail is a FREE library service for patrons who have difficulty visiting the library in person or live in remote areas of the library’s service area. Postage is prepaid for this service!
Here’s how it works: 1. A library staff member will sign you up for the service 2. Browse the list and select your items 3. Fill out the request postcard and put it in the mail 4. Receive package of books in the mail 5. Return the books in the package provided by due date

The Staunton Talking Book Center is a free public library service to area citizens who are unable to read standard print material.
Here’s how it works:
1. Contact a library staff member, who will sign you up for the service. 2. A Digital Talking Book machine will be mailed directly to your home. 3. Select books from the catalog provided to you or have Talking Books staff select based on your preferences; materials are provided at no cost to patrons! 4. Rockbridge Regional Library staff will come help you get set up
