The Staunton Talking Book Center is a free public library service to area citizens who are unable to read standard print material.
Here’s how it works:
1. Contact a library staff member, who will sign you up for the service. 2. A Digital Talking Book machine will be mailed directly to your home. 3. Select books from the catalog provided to you or have Talking Books staff select based on your preferences; materials are provided at no cost to patrons! 4. Rockbridge Regional Library staff will come help you get set up

The Lexington branch of Rockbridge Regional Library System is seeking a part-time Service Desk Assistant to work approximately 10.5 hours per week. Schedule includes Wednesday 10 AM-1:30 PM and Friday 9:30 AM-5 PM.
High School diploma, computer skills and customer service experience required. Successful candidate will assist patrons with library services, shelve library materials, assist patrons with various technology needs, and answer telephones.
