What happens if I have a title currently checked out on RBdigital?
Your current checkouts will be available through the remainder of their lending period in the RBdigital app.

What happens to holds I have in RBdigital?
Unfortunately, your holds will not transfer to OverDrive. You will need to place a new hold on those items in the Libby app.

If you would like a record of your RBdigital holds, you can export your Transaction History from the RBdigital website. Log in and then click on My Account > Profiles > Export my transaction history.

What happens to my checkout history from RBdigital?
Checkout history will not be moved to OverDrive. However, you’ll be able to mark titles you’ve already read using Tags in Libby. You can export your Transaction History from the RBdigital websites by accessing My Account > Profiles.

Why aren't eMagazines moving? Does that mean we still need two apps?
eMagazines will be moving to OverDrive, but we do not have a definite timeframe yet. After the move of ebooks and audiobooks, you can use the Libby app for eBooks and eAudiobooks and the RBdigital app for eMagazines.

How can I learn how to use Libby?
Libby is easy to use and will guide you through the setup process! If you have questions, visit the Help site and Libby Academy within the app for assistance. You can also visit the OverDrive Help resources online. Library staff can provide further assistance.
