Cackie Dowd

Cackie Dowd grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Texas A&M University. Cackie moved to the Lexington area in 2004. She has two daughters and enjoys working in her yard and garden. She has been a life-long library lover and joined the Library board in 2012.
